I'm now going to add the stems to the bouquet, concealing the handle stem. Remember we are using a SuperWet bouquet holder, which has a built in wicking system into the handle.
This means you can create your bouquet a couple days in advance (great for DIY brides!) and simply pop the bouquet into a vase of water. The wicking handle will draw water up to the florist foam, keeping the daisies hydrated and fresh.
Before adding the mock stems to the handle, be sure to unscrew and remove the bottom cap of the bouquet holder.
Here's my finished flower design, ready to adding the stems for a pretty hand tied look.
A side view before we attach the flower stems to the holder.
