Tinting and Dying Fresh Flowers

Professional Flower Dyes

Tinting and dying fresh flowers has been done for years by professional florists to get specific colors that aren't available through growers.  Enhancing or deeping existing colors is also done by using a spray tint.

Design Master Color Tool has been around professional flower shops forever.  ColorTool and Flower tints are faster - especially if you just need a couple of flowers colored.

This may just look like a can of paint, but this dye is especially manufactured for use on fresh flowers.  Other paints can contain harsh chemicals that may damage flowers.

Flower paint is available in solid colors, sheer tints, wood tones, metallic sheens and glitter sprays.  What specific product you use depends on what you effect you want when spraying the flowers.

Spraying white flowers gets you the truest color shown on the can. Spraying colored flowers can deepen existing hues or change the color tones.  It's so much fun to experiment.

Always shake the can thoroughly before using.  Don't get too close to the flower, or the aerosol propellant could freeze the bloom.

SORRY - THE POWDERED AND LIQUID DYES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.  PLEASE USE THE COLORTOOL TINT SPRAY SHOWN ABOVE FOR YOUR DYING NEEDS
