White Rose Topiary

Church Wedding Decorations



This white rose topiary would be a breathtaking arrangement for the front of your church wedding - yet is so easy to make with an Oasis fresh cone form.

You will need:

* 12" Oasis Floral Foam Cone* 3 yards dobule-faced ribbon* 1 brick Oasis Fresh floral foam* 10 Hyacinth Green Wooden Stakes* Decorative waterproof urn (from local garden center)* Florist Waterproof tape

Float soak the Oasis foam in water that cut flower food has been added to. Place a wet brick of foam into the decorative (waterproof) urn.

Wrap cone with waterproof tape - criss crossing to give some stability to the foam before inserting into the urn.

Insert green hyacinth stakes into the base of the cone and place cone on top of urn, inserting stakesprotruding from bottom of cone into the wet floral foam secured in the urn.



Insert the flowers of your choice into the cone - securing afterwards with stem adhesive. Flowers used in the design pictured below is 2 stems of white lilies, 15 Akito roses, 15 Igloo roses, 2 stems white hydrangea, 4 stems white lisianthus, 24 stems white carnations and 4 stems white miniature carnations.



Mist well with a flower sealant such as Finishing Touch and be sure the Oasis stays wet at all time. All the products listed here (except fresh flowers) are available in my florist store.
