Vanda orchids in a hand tied wedding bouquet

How do you make a hand tied wedding bouquet using vanda orchids? How do you take the bloom off & wire it so it will last for the wedding? Thanks!

Check out this page on stemming orchids:

It may seem like overkill - but most orchids have delicate petals and it is necessary to protect these flowers throughout a long wedding day. Misting with a flower sealant such as Finishing Touch is very important as well.
