Tulip Centerpiece

A tulip centerpiece just seems to symbolize the promise of spring and good things to come! Tulips are available other times of the year - but may be smaller and more expensive since they are hothouse grown. The best time is in early spring.

Tulips are unusual, because they will continue to grow - even when cut and placed in Oasis foam or water.

Tulips will open wide in warm conditions and close again when cool.

Potted tulips can make beautiful accents and centerpieces. Although they may be too tall for the center of dining tables, they are wonderful on sideboards, entrance tables, powder rooms and buffet displays.
