Tassel Tied Shower Cake

This unique tassel tied shower cake is a lovely creation by Wilton Industries. It is featured in their book called Celebrate! Wedding Cakes Wilton. Although out of print, is it usually easily found in places such as used book stores or auctions on line.

This stacked cake is very summery with dainty daisy flowers and delicate tassles on braided ropes. A sweet lattice fense encloses a cluster of three-dimensional flowers that top the cake.

This cake is baked as a two layer round tiers, 12" and 6" and is assembled on a serving tray. You can easily adapt the colors you like for your bridal shower. It serves a total of 28 guests.
