Making Boutonnieres

Step by Step Tutorial

Making boutonnieres look professionally done is just a matter of paying attention to detail.  Adding in mixed greens and decorative accents is what allows florists to put high price tags on their work.

Unfortunately for DIY brides, many online wholesale flower sites require minimum quantity purchases for high priced greenery.

Having to buy 10 bunches of ivy for over $100 so you can add a few touches to corsages, boutonnieres and bouquets seems like overkill to me.

This is the reason I began carrying fresh flowers and mixed greenery in my own online store.  I allow DIY brides to mix and match, buying single bunches rather than whole cases.  This gives my customers more freedom to create unique designs without having to overspend on greenery.
