Flower Girl Hair Wreath

Are you visualizing a dainty flower girl hair wreath? There is something so sweet about a child in a wedding, lending an air of innocence to the ceremony.

Each florist I know seems to have a different technique for making wreaths. Some glue them to ready made forms, others wire and tape each blossoms separately.

Here is one made with white sweetheart roses and a touch of filler flower.

This one is made with larger roses and alstromeria blooms.

I absolutely adore this picture! This head wreath is made of fragrant white stock and roses.

Large peach roses, hypericum berries and sheer ribbon makes up this wreath.

Bachelor buttons, light blue delphinium and blue roses make a darling wreath for this little girl.

If you prefer an all green wreath, consider ivy, seeded eucalyptus, white larkspur (with the buds barely opened, or italian ruscus. Avoid greenery such as sprengeri or plumosa since they have tiny thorns.

Dainty blue hyacinths are very fragrant for a nice head wreath. I suggest gluing the blooms as wiring can be rather time consuming.

Feathery blue limonium with delphinium makes a wispy hair wreath with two blue ribbons.
