Candelabra church decorations can be made up in either silk or fresh, using the same florist foam cages as shown below. Professional florists wire the cage by the eyelet tabs on all four sides to the candelabra.
The key is to fill in your greenery first and then quickly add your focal flowers. Larger flowers are advisable as most of the time the flowers are viewed from a distance of 15 feet or more away.
If you use silk in the cages, dip the wire stems into white glue before inserting into the foam to ensure that the flowers don't slide out of the foam. Fresh flowers need Floralock to ensure their stems stay in place.
