Attaching
Boutonniere Magnet

Attaching a boutonniere magnet to the back of your lapel posies makes "pinning a boutonniere" a thing of the past!

This little magnet may seem to small to hold a boutonniere firmly in place - but it will really surprise you!  The gold block is wired and taped onto the boutonniere and the silver part is what goes behind the lapel.

WARNING:  DO NOT USE MAGNETS ON PEOPLE WHO HAVE PACEMAKER IMPLANTS.

The attached wires makes it very easy to incorporate the magnet into the design.  I actually pierced through the florist tape on the leaf and hooked it.

I'm now going to wrap the bind wire over and around the wires of the magnet.

If you aren't using Bindwire, you can simply tape the magnet in place with florist tape.

Finish off the Bindwire by twisting the two cut ends together and twirling the ends tightly against the side of the boutonniere.

This strong magnet should be high on the back, centering itself against the bulk of the rose.

The back part of the magnet simply slips behind the tux lapel and will hold the boutonniere firmly in place.
