Arranging Flower Books and CD's Arranging flower books are available that are geared more towards the professional florist. Unlike the other arranging course books, these simply show a picture of the design and gives a recipe. Florists buy these in sets. One of the books is the display book for the bride to see and choose from during a bridal consultation. The second book gives an exact breakdown of each arrangement and includes the flower variety, how many stems of each are needed, what specific products are needed to complete the design and a suggested retail price.
Flower Arranging TechniquesThese books give tips on flower arranging techniques, but they are meant for a professional designer. Thus, they are set up with the expectation that the person using the book already knows design basics. Do not expect these professional design books to give you a picture by picture breakdown of constructing each floral arrangement and centerpiece.
