Adding Orange Crocosmia

Easy Bridal Bouquet Instructions

I am adding orange crocosmia to this bouquet because I plan to use it as a filler in my boutonnieres and corsages. I like to have the same elements in both my bridesmaids and groomsmen flowers so they are "tied together" with mutual flowers.

This dainty little flower is a member of the Iris family. It is only available in orange. Typically just the buds show, but they will continue to open into tiny star-like flowers if given enough time in water.

I add a small cluster on the right side of the bouquet, just under the pink nerine lilies.

See how interesting the total bouquet has become. Massing the flowers creates visual points of interest, drawing people's eyes to one spot for a closer examination of the flowers.
